Sky Harbor Tycoon

Sky Harbor Tycoon puts you in charge of a growing airport, and the fun comes from watching a tiny terminal balloon into a chaotic hub. You assign gates, hire staff, and keep queues from spilling out the doors. When it flows, it's deeply satisfying.

The economy is fair. Expansion costs feel earned rather than designed to nag you, and there's no timer breathing down your neck. I liked that I could pause, rearrange everything, and unpause to see if my hunch worked.

It gets busy in the best way. By the late game you're managing a small city, and the challenge shifts from building to keeping the whole machine humming.
